If you are currently enrolled in a program with La Plata Family Center, Nurse Family Partnerships, Tri-County Head Start or another assistance agency,  please have your case worker or advocate directly refer your need to Durango Pregnancy Center.

2. Detailed reason(s) for a car seat request.
​3. Age of child.
4. Employment status - Name of employer, if employed.
5. Who referred you to Durango Pregnancy Center?
6. Name of agencies which have assisted you in the past or presently.

Requests are then verified and taken into consideration.

You will receive a response within 48 hours.
