When you are involved in a sexual relationship you may have two worries: becoming pregnant or being infected by a sexually transmitted infection. You should be concerned about both! A pregnancy or an STI/STD is totally life changing!

Welcome to Durango Pregnancy Center. You are important to us! Whether you are facing an expected or unexpected pregnancy, our trained staff and volunteers are here to listen to any questions or concerns about pregnancy, abortion, sexually-transmitted infections and diseases (STI/STDs), and related issues.
We are not here to judge your decisions. Our hope is that we can help you understand what is going on or not going on in your body!
Durango Pregnancy Center is a non-profit organization and although Durango Pregnancy Center does not receive any state or federal funding, all services are absolutely free because of the generosity of individuals and organizations within the community.
Confidentiality with all our clients is absolute.
Walk-ins are accepted if there is staff available. We do, however, highly recommend calling to schedule an appointment.
