Our mission of loving, educating, helping and giving hope allows us, over the course of a woman's pregnancy, to build a relationship that often times extends beyond the birth of the baby. We believe that Christ met the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those he encountered. We strive to work in the same way.

A Client's Personal Story - "A life changing experience."

Janie and Valerie at Durango Pregnancy Center have opened my eyes and changed my thoughts about pregnancy.

Hi, my name is Airianna and I am a first time mother and a DPC success story.

I started with Durango Pregnancy Center when I was around 12 weeks pregnant. I immediately grew fond of Janie, my techer. She is warm, knowledgeable, thoughtful, personable, and creative. Durango Pregnancy listened to my hopes and fears about brithing my first child and, educated me on all of my options. I wanted a natural, drug-free, painless water birth and amazingly enough, that is what I had. I was in at 6:30 pm and my baby boy was born at 8:30 pm - amazing!

I had such a wonderful birthing experience because I was well informed, educated, and relaxed. Each week I learned a new thing about pregnancy. I saw a well rounded approach to different birthing options, and I became empowered because of these women. I owe my life changing experience to the education, time, and resources of DPC.

Now that my baby is born, I have the gift of a memorable experience and extra resources like his car seat and stroller. Thank you forever!
